I purchased this from shopnbc. and have been very pleased. It seems to work very quickly - about 10 minutes - to firm-up my skin. The biggest difference I noticed was the reduction in my nose-to-mouth lines, which seemed to instantly plump up. I did a quick survery of this Isomers Wrinkle Defense Serum versus some products in the drug store. No product is required to state the percentage of the active ingredient, which in this case is Matrixyl (also called pentatpeptide-3). But I noted that matrixyl is high on the product's ingredient list.
