I still need to exfoliate. I also alternate with other creams.

My use of an exfoliating sponge, every 3 to 4 days and a fruit mask once a week, seems to clean the "gunk" away so that the serum can do its job. I also use a salicytic acid product (Noxema Continuous Clean Foam or Serious Skin Care's Glycolic Cleanser, which is very - pricey) when my face gets too oily (Florida weather). In addition, I alternate with other products such as Collagen C5 serum by University Medical, "A" cream from Serious Skin Care (HSN) and Avon ANEW Retroactive Cream at Night.

Conclusions
I recommend Regenerist, because of the results and the price!
