I'm 31 and I used this product for about 2 months and noticed that my face had a very nice texture after I'd use it. It made my skin very soft and it seemed more plump, in the way skin feels when it's younger. I'm not sure if it specifically reduced wrinkles, as I wasn't really looking for that, but it definitely gave me a smooth, nice-feeling face. I didn't mind the smell really (though it wasn't GOOD), but my boyfriend HATED it. I recently tried another moisturizer by the same brand, the Elite, but though it smells better, it does not give that same "dewy" soft effect.

Conclusions
If you don't mind the smell, it's a great product for lovely soft skin.
