Skin Care Review: Skin Biology Super CP Serum

by Rebecca

Rating
Adverse Effects

Benefits
Soothes accute irritation.

Drawbacks
Causes severe skin thinning, crepeiness and wrinkling. Company could not care less.

Details
Skin Biology products are what motivated me to learn about skin care, in order to try to recover from the damage caused by their SRCP soy copper peptides. I visually aged 7-8 years in the 20 months I used them, even though I was using very small amounts. I had badly thinned crepey under-eye skin with no elasticity left (in my 30s!) and extreme crows feet that extended down my face to my cheeks. This is a similar story as many other users.

Skin Biology's advice was that this was caused either by uncovering sun damage or my delusional imagination or evil agenda (seriously!) and I should keep using it until I got past this 'uglies' stage. In retrospect they did not know what they were talking about and/or just could not care less. They treated me as though I were making it up or incredibly stupid. Horrible experience. I am just a punter who believed their scam science.

The owner of the company, Dr Loren Pickart, even sent me an accusatory email just because I was asking questions and distressed. He was also incredibly rude to me on his forum. These are also common experiences for other customers.

I also was getting strange 'red cordial' stains on clothes when using this blue product, so it must have been breaking down into other substances. The company would not respond to tell me what this was and just avoided the question.

Conclusions
Worst skincare error I ever made. Dangerous product; deeply unethical company.
