I have used this for so long,that i am sure there have been at least 5 formula changes.Through trial and error,i have found this to be the easiest way that works.Use 2 drops,ON SECOND FINGER;pat lightly under each eye .wait two minutes;if there is a slight film,wet same finger lightly, and pat again.Through the day you can renew the action with the wet finger(unless you wash it off first).i am now 67 ,and have been using this since my forties.I know for a fact that i look less than my age,and i think it is due to Sudden Change---long may you wave!

Conclusions
it is getting hard to find ,so maybe i shouldn't tell you how good it is LOL
