I was given this product as a gift, I used it and thought it was very good but not worth paying so much money for to just wash my face. When it finished I used a much cheaper brand and couldn't believe the difference. I'm back using Estee Lauder now, this product is very good. It smells good, MELTS into skin and DOES feel "luxurious". My skin feels perfect after using it.

I find the best way to use it is to slowly massage the clenser around my face, wait a minute, then rinse with tepid water, massaging off with my fingertips. Pat dry. Face feels perfectly clean, very hydrated, SOFT, non-greasy and not tight. My usual "facial redness" did not occor after using this clenser. Very good product.

Conclusions
Expensive, but worth it if you have problem combo skin like me.
