I am in my early thirites, and have typical Celtic skin - fair, and with a tendency to be dry. I had excellent results using the daily cleanser from the Eve Lom range. After just a few days use, my skin was softer and looked clearer and brighter. However I did not continue to purchase the cleanser, mainly because I felt too guilty to spend so much money on it! The ingredients in the cream appear to me to be very basic - the only active ingredients I think are some essential oils, although I could be wrong. The base of the cream is similar in texture to a "grainy" petroleum jelly. I believe that the benefits to a large extent resulted from the recommended application method for the product. The cleanser itself is very thick and is applied like a mask directly to a dry face. The essential oils give it a very pleasant though slightly medicinal smell. The cleansing procedure (instructions are included in the pack) involves a light facial massage, followed by rinsing with hot and then cool water with a special muslin cloth. It takes time, but your skin glows afterwards.
