I really liked the cool, creamy, non-abrasive feel of this cleanser. It leaves my skin feeling refreshed. However, I started out using the cleanser twice a day, which may be too frequent for my skin: after 1-2 weeks my skin felt irritated. I've now changed to once-a-day use, and am waiting to see if that reduces the irritation. I use it in combination with a Neutrogena oil-free moisturizer as well. I am still having some trouble with skin break-outs but am not sure if that can be directly attributable to this specific product alone. The cleanser is labeled as being "oil free" and I have combination skins so that was also appealing. The price was reasonable and not overly expensive.

Conclusions
I would recommend this product but with the caution to test it on sensitive skin.
