I find this to be an overall good product. Of course alone it will not treat fine lines or wrinkles but in conjunction with a good wrinkle cream you may see results. It is a good product for treatment and prevention of acne. It makes my skin feel clean but not dried out. It does not burn or itch like some other salicylic acid products I have use. The formulation is a cream-like gel and is very slippery. I have lost a few applications because it slides right off my hands. If you lather it well before applying you can avoid this. I would recommend this product as a good basic cleanser. If you are looking for serious anti-aging or anti-blemish results I would look into something stronger.
