This is truly as the website says, the creme de la creme of toners. You'll never see a toner like it. It's a gel form almost like aloe vera. It's extremely cooling on the skin. The ingredients include a mild enzyme peel that helps with the refining. It's a perfect touch up for use with make-up applications, great for rereshing your skin when you don't need a full on cleanse, perfect for balancing oiliness (pH level will not upset your natural oils). You don't even need cotton pads - just put a pea size amount on finger tips and sweep around your face!

Conclusions
This is the first toner I've found that does just that - TONE!
