I have been using Dr. Perricone's products for over a year now and love the improvement it has made to my skin. All of his treatment products have high concentrations of antioxidants and anti-inflammitories, namely Alpha Lipoic Acid, Vitamin C Ester, and DMAE.

If you are put off by the prices, I would like to recommend starting with something simple - his Nutritive Cleanser. It is a clear, unscented foaming gel that gently but effectively cleans your face. It can be used around the eyes and removes dirt, oil and makeup. It actually is a cleanser and toner in one - it does NOT dry out your skin nor does it leave any reside on the skin. And it contains Alpha Lipoic Acid (an anti-inflammitory antioxidant) that reduces any blotchiness or redness normally experienced after washing the face. I honestly think this cleanser can be used by any skin type - except for maybe extremely sensitive skin types. And in case you were wondering, the main cleansing ingredient is sodium laureth sulfate NOT sodium LAURYL sulfate (lauryl makes it drying and irritating).

This truly is my Holy Grail of facial cleansers. It comes in a 6 oz glass bottle with pump, sells for $30 and lasts for quite a few months because only a single pump of the product is needed to wash your whole face and neck.
