Skin Care Review: DOVE Exfoliating Facial scrub

by Becca, Washington, DC USA

The exfoliating cleanser is creamy and non-drying.

I often noticed skin peeling on my forehead.

I am African-American, 30 years old, with combination skin. My t-zone is oily and my cheeks and forehead tend to be dry. I like the Dove line of facial care products, but I have not received great benefits from it.

The exfoliating cleanser has very small beads in it which are supposed to remove dead skin cells, but the beads melt as soon as you apply the cleanser to your skin. I do not notice the fresh feeling with this product that I've had with other facial scrubs.

It may be a good choice for those with sensitive skin, who want gentle exfoliation.

This is an acceptable, though very mild cleanser.
