I searched and searched for a toner that did not have alcohol. I found a few, but none that I liked. Until Neutrogena's. Since there is no alcohol, you don't have your eyes burning for 15 minutes after using. You come away feeling cleaner and refreshed. It has a pleasant smell and is not drying. Since I have started using it my face doesn't look as drab. It seems to have 'picked up' my skin tone. They also have a Alpha and Beta Hydroxy Toner that I intend to try next I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a no alcohol toner.
Conclusions
I like it! I will definitely purchase it again.
