This is a great alcohol-free "toner". I love that it manages to clean any remaining dirt from my skin after I cleanse and closes my pores right away. It smells great, and makes my very sensitive skin feel rejuvinated. The price seems nice, but the bottle is much smaller than competitors' bottles. I have no idea if there is any real antioxidant benefit to the White tea that has been added (it's pretty low on the list of ingredients), but I am extremely happy with the way the Liquid Moisture makes my skin feel. It also interacts well with my cleansers and moisturizers, which I seem to always be changing.

Conclusions
Fantastic for sensitive skin and very effective for a no-alcohol toner.
