They recommend using the product dry (it's a thick creamy paste w/ some mild abrassives in it) and then adding water to foam it up after you have lightly scrubbed your face w/ it. Their recommendations were to use this product 2-3 x/week for maximum results. After mentioning that I have sensitive skin, they suggested cutting out the dry step or backing off to 1-2x/week. After only a couple of uses, I am beginning to see and feel the difference. The product is easy to use, goes a long way and washes off cleanly. The exfoliants in Modern Friction are small and fairly gentle to the skin. I have since had several people comment on how good my skin looks (not having known my secret purchase) and my husband (who never notices ANYTHING) even said how soft my skin is. I am not implying that this product is a miracle cure for aging. I am simply stating that the sceptic in me was pleasantly surprised w/ it. It is a good inexpensive alternative for those that are not quite ready to head to the spa for microdermabrasion. I have since purchased a handful of other Origins products and am hoping to be just as pleased.

Conclusions
great product, use sparingly w/ less frequent applications if signs of irritation persist.
