I am 49 y/o, caucasian, light-med. skin with olive undertones. My skin is in good condition for my age, but noticing less elasticity and 'firmness' to be expected with my age, and some sun damage. Am bothered by lines above my lips. This skin treatment is made for blemishes, but I used it for exfoliation. I've only used one small "sample" packet, but saw immediate results. "Cosmetics Cop" Paula Bergouin (www.cosmeticscop.com) advises exfoliation is only effective when product is within a certain pH, which this one is. I like the list of ingredients. Because of cost, however, I'll try one or 2 or Paula's products; 4 oz. for $15.95. I don't like that some of her products contain mineral oil and/or petrolatum. If I don't get the results I got from Ecco Bella's product, I would buy the Ecco Bella product despite the higher cost. It is gentle and didn't dry out my skin, but left it feeling soft and smooth.

Conclusions
Contains salicylic acid, to be avoided if sensitive to aspirin. Otherwise, try it!
