My mother and I started using this product recently. She's 54, I'm 25. Over the years, we both tried numerous products and professional treatments. I don't know what those who claim that St. Ives scrubs work better than this product are thinking, but that's ridiculous. My mom has never looked better, nor have I. Lines, wrinkles, dead skin, sun spots, blotches, blackheads, large pores, dullness, roughness and other blemishes and imperfections are ALL dissolving away. Skin is also firmer. Since I know that the product can aggravate break-outs, and since I'm sensitive to greasy products, I simply wash off the residue with a St. Ives cleanser. For my mother, the heavy stuff nourishes her skin. Some of the ingredients in the cream bother us both, since we're very conscious of natural alternatives. I'm far from a fan of celebrities, and the advocacy for aluminum on the product site is unbelievably blockheaded. However, mother and I were both already using so many chemicals for our skin problems and willing to try whatever worked (within reason) that it's of negligible concern considering the level of success.

Conclusions
This product works as advertised as long as you use it properly.
