I have had keratosis pilaris from when I was about 10 years old. Little bumps on my outer arms, back and chest, which sometimes get worse and spread to my stomach and tighs.

I have tried everything from changing my diet to using only emolientts for baths without much luck.

The condition got worse with pregnancy so I desperately tried to find a solution after the birth of my daughter.

I came across and article advising using aspirin as a mask and/or cleanser. I have tried this with aspirin grom the local pharmacy and for the first time in many years I am seeing some improvement in my condition just after one week of usage.

Conclusions
I would recommend KP sufferes to try using crushed aspirin as a bathtime exfoliant
