The box contains a vibrating applicator with soft round pads and a jar of very fine gritty cream. You dab some of the cream on your face and smooth it around with the vibrator. After you are done you can remove the round pad and rinse it off and set it out to dry so it is ready for next time. I have heard that regular use of this type of product will have as much effect as a dermabrasion treatment from a plastic surgeon.

The problem for me is the regular use part. The best time to do this is in the morning while still in pajamas, and before showering. You need to be wearing wide-neck pj's, so the cream doesn't get all over your collar when you undress. The cream is quite thick, and you can't just rinse it off in the sink, you really need to get in the shower.

Conclusions
For disciplined folks who really want to look younger, this is a great product.
