It defintely made my skin smoother after the first use.

It made my face slightly red after the first use, but that has lessened each time.

Details
The directions state to use the product two to three times a week, but I think that two times is enough. I noticed that it did make my face red and I think with more use it could damage the skin. It does seem to lessen the blackheads on my nose which was a nice plus. I think for an $18 product it is definitely worth the money and did not disappoint. I have had good luck with Loreal products in the past. I would recommend this product as well as others in the Loreal line. I have had microdermabrasion in the past with incredible results. I know that I cannot expect the same results with a drugstore product, but it really is a good alternative for the money.
