I am a 30 year old woman with mild adult acne, large pores, few acne scars and hyperpigmentation. I was told that the peel would help all of my trouble areas. I was really looking forward to even-toned skin. I had the Jessner peel about one month ago and overall am not happy with the results. My skin does indeed feel smoother but, the peel had no affect on the acne, pores, scars or discoloration of my skin. After one week of peeling I had higher expectations. Had the doctor put me on a skincare program before and after the peel the results would have been greater.

Conclusions
I would recommend this peel for exfoliation.
