Face around my eyes seemingly looking younger. Don't know if it's from this product.

Drawbacks
Skin breaks out a day after I use it. As if it brings acne to the surface.

Don't know microdermabration. Face looks younger. (Not exclusively because of the breakouts I get after using it.) I have not attributed the youth to using this product (but could be.) The first week, you use it 3-5 times, Definately brings ugly stuff to the surface. Applicator= disposable sponge attatched to vibrator. Cream made up of very tiny grains that feel like little pieces of glass. (impossible to rinse off without showering. Every two months they send more and charge more. It's OK...

Conclusions
If you aren't at a place in your life where your face breaks out, it may work for you.
