I have tried just about every over-the-counter and TV-advertised acne product known to humankind (including Proactiv & Murad), and I have to say the MyChelle line has been the most effective and least irritating when used over time. I use the fruit enzyme scrub in combination with the cranberry cleanser and clear skin serum, and while my skin is not perfect with this regimen, it is far better than what I've experienced with any of the synthetic products out there. I think the best thing is that unless I use it too frequently, this product does not irritate my skin. It is a nice balance for me given that my skin is both oily/acne-prone AND highly sensitive. Exfoliation without irritation is hard to come by for my skin type, and this is the best product I've found. Nice bonus, too, that it is all-natural and not tested on animals.

Conclusions
Good for sensitive skin that is also prone to acne.
