excellent exfoliater. skin is not left rough. definetely sloughs all dead skin cells and i found that if a person has mild breakouts but frequently that are very annoying, (this is me basically), an excellent exfoliater prevents many of these breakouts. and you don't have to use a topical medication that dries out your skin. I found also for skin health especially during the winter that drinking lots of water is helpful. but basically this product is an everyday excellent cleanser and exfoliater. i recommend the regular one for all skin types, not the oily/acne prone type...even if you have oily skin w/ breakouts.
