I'm a 29 y.o. Chinese woman with oily but clear skin, medium complexion. I started using the product four months ago, when I noticed my skin texture getting somewhat rougher than before.

I use it in the morning, on the top of a vitamin C serum, before a hydrating gel and then sunscreen.

Shortly after I started using Idealist, people complimented on how my skin had a very nice glow. It took about a month to see real improvement. By now I'd say my pores are 50% smaller than before, and my skin is smoother.

Some reviewers have said the serum feels a bit sticky upon application. It does feel that way and it takes a few minutes for the skin to absorb it, esp. in warm weather. The stickiness shouldn't last though - half of the time I feel I need another moisturizer on the top of it, though I have oily skin and live in a very humid place.

So far this is the only pore minimizing product that has worked for me, and I've tried a few. It doesn't do anything for the brown spots on my cheeks though.

Overall I'd recommend this product for normal to oily skin, along with a microdermabrasion scrub (I use a Kiehl's one, very good).
