Overall a good eye brightener. If I forget to apply it under my foundation (yes- I apply foundation under my eyes!) I can really tell a difference in the look of my eyes.

I feel like I can apply this product day or night and not have anything else on-- product wise-- and still feel like I look wonderful. I am middle easter descent and so perhaps this is why it appears to brighten my undereye circles.

For me, this works well and has lasted me over 3 months!! So I guess no so bad for the money. It makes me look refreshed even if I'm not feeling the same.

Conclusions
Would recommend for women of color. It feels nice going on. Does not sting.
