I was told by the sales rep that this eye cream was the best on the market. I have used it for about a year now & am not convinced that it's the best on the market. It seems kind of watery-not sure how good the absorbtion is or if i'm really benefitting.It is supposed to reduce morning puffyness, but only produces slight improvements.It's quite expensive so I want to be sure that I'm getting value for money, but I can't say for sure that I am. I have normal skin, but am in the sun alot so need something that I know is the best for me.

Conclusions
Try it out, it might work for you. I had minimal results.
