Very thick, moisturizing, plumps the skin up, softens wrinkles but may be better at evening for some people. I think it is a good heavy under eye cream at night because it is a little heavy andabit greasy at first. I use in the morning as well although it can be a little shiny at first. It does eventually sink into your skin and there is a noticably difference in moisture and plumping right when I put it on. Lines are slightly diminished when applied. I think this is a good basic gentle eye cream for noticable moisturizing and instant wrinkle softening but I have experienced better wrinkle improvement over time with other products that I can't seem to remember. I like this and keep it on hand for moisture.

Conclusions
A good thick instant moisturizer. May be better for night time use for some people.
