Skin Care Review: Loreal Circle Eraser

by Tracy, AZ

Adverse Effects

It claims to "erase" dark eye circles.

Severe irritation

I have always struggled with under-eye purple-ish circles. My sister gave me a tube of this product to try and I applied it that very evening.

To be fair, I do have Rosacea. It affects my cheekbones, nose, and chin....NOT my eye area. The morning after my first application I awoke to a red, burning and somewhat itchy eye area. I discontinued immediately, and tried again a month later. This time I mixed it with two parts Cetaphil cream...That lasted about two days due to increasing irritation. My skin continued to reject this stuff despite applying a thinner layer each time.

If your experience is like mine, a wet washcloth over the eyes is very comforting.
