I have used this product for 4 weeks, twice a day as instructed, but haven't seen any visible difference. In spite of what the physician's office personnel tell me, I don't think it works. I paid $60 for a half ounce bottle, but I didn't see the promised results. This lotion is supposed to be available only through a physician or a aestheticians office, but it is easily available on the internet. I didn't realize that, when I purchased it. Another story to prove just because it is expensive doesn't mean it will work
