This product is recommended for people age forty and over, but I used it at age thirty-one anyways because I wanted an effective product. I saw effects immediately probably due to the moisturizing effect. I found it reduced puffiness (caffeine is an ingredient), it provided intense moisturizing, reduced the appearance of fine lines and provided smoother younger looking skin. I also apply it to my lips which tend to be very dry not matter what I do. My lips have also improved.

The key ingredient that this product markets itself on is 3% Kigeline. I do not know if this ingredient adds to the effectiveness or if this product is simply an excellent moisturizer. In any case, I rarely find anti-aging products produce noticeable results, however, this product did. It is reasonably priced and effective. i will continue to use it.
