Skin Care Review: Neutrogena eye brightner

by Anonymous

No effect

The only benefit I got was that my eyes were a little less puffy.

There were none.

I bought the product because as I have gotten older, the skin under my eyes gets darker (seems like every morning). However the product did not deliver what it promised. This was no eye brightner even though I used it exactly as stated on the label.

I thought about returning it and getting my money back but naturally I have lost the receipt. I would not recommend this product to anyone. It simple does not work.

To top it off, this lotion smelled really bad. But that would not be an issue if it would work!!!

It is just a good moisturizing lotion. But then why are they selling it as something else?

I was dissappointed by this product.
