Skin Care Review: Neutrogena Radiance Boost Eye Cream

by Anonymous

reduces the "appearance" of dark circles

doesn't do much to reduce puffiness

The cream is effective in giving a shine after application, which reduces the darkness under the eyes. However, once the shine wears out, you can tell the improvement is not as dramatic. I have been using it for 2 months, and the ligthening is very gradual. I can't tell whether it is truly working or it is basically moisturizing my eye area. I will continue a while longer. Yeah, it does smell kind of fishy for some reason, but not a big deal. However, I noticed that the smell does fade after the tube has been open for a while.

worth a try for a little while given the low cost
