I have dark circles under my eyes and since I turned 35, the skin is much drier. So, I purchased Neutrogena Radiance Boost Eye Cream . I really loved the way this product felt under my eyes. It was a nice base for under your make up. However, it has such a foul smell. I thought I purchased a defective tube so I returned it and got a second tube. It had the same foul smell. I was so disappointed and discontinued using it.
I don't think it really improved the dark circles but it improved the skin's appearance.
Conclusions
The bad smell was too strong and ruined the product for me.
