I used to have eye bag and dark circle problem since young. Recently, the problem becomes worsen due to my long hours of work and insufficient good sleep. As a result, I got myself the Radiance Boost Eye Cream by Neutrogena, hoping to correct the problem, or, at least, stop it from further aggravation. I applied the cream around my eyes following carefully its instructions. However, to my disappointment, the eye cream didn't do any good for me, and my dark circle problem became even worse!! Now I've stopped using the product. I guess I'll try some other eye products and do my homework before getting another one.
