I think N.V. Perricone is really onto something with his books ('The Perricone Prescription') and his product line. Because the products are very expensive, I indulge in the eye therapy one, and try to use his information to purchase lesser expensive eye products elsewhere. For puffiness, slackness, and just general signs of eye aging (upper and lower eyelids especially) I haven't seen anything like it. It tightens and firms my upper eyelids to the extent that I have to take a break from the product now and then. :)

Conclusions
Highly recommend product to those with loose upper or puffy eyelids
