The user reviews for drugstore.com suggested that this product not only reduced fine lines in the undereye area, but also caused a marked reduction in undereye bags and dark circles. However, while this gel felt nice to put on, particularly at night after a long day, it did not do any of these things for me. It remained sticky for hours after application, and seemed to require reapplication if I used it in the morning if I subsequently used a sunscreen.

Conclusions
If you are looking for a cooling, soothing gel only, this one is ok.
