Cellex c under eye toning gel works wonders for dark circles and puffiness. i have tried almost everything for the puffiness caused by allergies and this product is the absolute best and i recommend it for everyone especially if you suffer from allergies or sinus problems. it is a very pleasant smelling roll on that refreshes your eyes almost instantly. can be used over or under your makeup. Puffiness is reduced within minutes and the small lines i was getting from the swelling have almost disappeared completely.
