I easily get undereye circles and puffiness, particularly if my sleep cycle is disturbed (in the military, that happens frequently). I have had such outstanding results with other Clinique skincare products that I had no hesitation about purchasing this, as my undereye circles really bother me. Unfortunately, after about four months of use, I can honestly say that this under eye creme, while nice, does nothing to correct hyperpigmentation. I will admit that, as I am not a dermatologist, it is possible nothing will significantly change dark undereye circles, but this product claims to "diminish the look of circles [and] shadows" (ref. back of product label). While it is good at reducing puffiness, the creme does not fully absorb and causes serious eye itching when I forget I have it on and rub my eyes later in the day.

Conclusions
I wouldn't recommend this product to reduce eye shadows or circles.
