The product does in fact reduce puffiness in a few minutes, and making the area around the eyes feel moist without being oily. Feels soothing and also reduces balck circles. I liked it because it contains natural ingredients such as cumber extract, chamomile extract and green tea extract.Can be used under make-up without causing it to smudge. The dispenser is a pump with the drawback that the amount dispensed varies according to the pressure on the top causing a varying amount to be dispensed.

Conclusions
I recomend the product, althoug I have found it very difficult to find .
