The upper eye area looks more tight and diminish the "drooper" feeling. After apply it day and night, after wake up every morning, the crow feets are more finer. I bought it from Walmart and about $14. I feel that it works more effective on upper eye area than lower eye area. As its name implies that it lifts upper eye area. But it could not prevent wrinkle to go deeply. Only minor effect you could see is after sleep. In my opinion, it will makes you look younger by lift eye area. I will say this is a pretty good product, but not excellent as expected. However, if you calculte the ratio of money over the functionality, it is satisfactory.

Conclusions
It is worth to have a try. It definitely help lift your eye area.
