Skin Care Review: Sudden Change Under Eye Serum

I tried the Sudden Change Under Eye Serum about a year ago. While I found that the product caused dryness, I haven't found anything else that reduces under eye puffiness as effectively. I was beginning to wonder if it had been taken off the market by FDA due to some adverse reactions or some other problem because I've had a hard time finding it in stores. I'd love to know of any other over the counter treatment(s) that work on under eye puffiness. I have also heard about - and tried - Preparation H but I haven't had any luck with that either. I don't know if I'm not using enough (the smell is definitely a drawback) or maybe my expectations are too high. I could use some recommendations for dark circles as well. (Boy, don't I sound attractive?!)
