I did research on the internet to understand the meaning of the terms being used: Collagen, marine, retinal, etc. I did a good job educating myself. My doctor told me I needed to rebuild my collagen or I was going to look really bad in 10-20 years. So this was the best product with the most stuff in it that I found to help build up my collagen. This was a very good moisturizer. It makes my skin feel very soft. But that's about it. I wasn't looking for a miracle, but I saw absolutely no improvement in the areas they promoted this product would take care of.

Conclusions
Use your body chemistry and natural ingredients to help replace collagen.
