I had visible results the first time I used Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream. I saw a huge difference after several weeks use. I don't know that my skin is actually firmer, but very fine lines that looked like stretched skin are gone. The result remains even after missing a couple of days. No difference on the deeper creases between nose and mouth or between my brows. I am "allergic" to most lotions and creams but this one gives me very little trouble. I do get painful pimples on my chin and around my nose when using this during the summer heat, so I lighten my use then.

Conclusions
I would recommend this for sensitive, dry to normal skin.
