Initially there was a small lift to my chin line but it was minimal.

Intense itchy rash and some swelling of the skin on my neck.

Details
I am a consumer and purchased it after seeing a television infomercial. I used it for about three weeks , stopped using it and started again. This is when I noticed some itching, about an hour after I applied it to my neck, as directed. I did not apply any other product to the same area. By early evening it had spread to the entire area where I had applied the Cold Plasma and became intensely itchy and a little swollen. The only thing that seems to alleviate the itching is a cool, damp cloth. It is now the next morning and it is still itching and swollen.

Conclusions
Cold plasma caused intense itching and some swelling when I applied as directed.
