I bought the Reviva Labs Alpha Lipoic Acid Vitamin C Ester & DMAE Cream after reading Dr. Perricone's book "The Wrinkle Cure." As explained that the antioxidant effects of the alpha lipoic acid would spare the vitamin C and E in my skin and would give it a nice, healthy glow. To use this along with vitamin C ester (to promote growth of collagen) and DMAE (to futher firm and tighten the skin) I could only do my skin a favor. Besides being slightly moisturizing, this product has been of no additional benefit to my skin. Perhaps I expected more dramatic results after reading Perricone's book nonetheless, I can't see that with regular use that it does more than any average moisturizer.

Conclusions
I would not recommend wasting time or money on this product.
