Almost two years ago I had Aptos Threads inserted. They are otherwise known as Russian Threads or recently as the Featherlift.

I have two threads over each eye and two threads in each cheek. I was under sedation where I was "there" during the whole time, but had no pain. I could feel the tugging of the threads during the procedure but that was all.

Comparing a photo of before and one of after, I can definately tell that my center of gravity in my cheeks is higher; my cheeks are back where they used to be. It's subtle..the results aren't glaringly obvious...but I do not have the cheek flatness and sag that I did before. I doubt it's as effective as a mid-cheek lift, but I'm very happy.

I noticed my eyebrows being higher, too. Not a lot, just enough to "brighten" my look. It was a good alternative to a brow lift which would have made me not look like "me" but someone else. I'm glad I chose the more subtle route.
