I went on a weight loss plan in July of 2004. I steadily lost weight and wanted to do something to strengthen my facial structure without having to do surgery. I found Facercise on the internet and after a month of perfoming the facial exercises I began to get many comments on how good I looked. People would say that may face looked different. I can feel the development of the facial muscles above my eyes, check bones and jaw line. The routine has become a part of my daily exercise routine. I will contine to perfom these exercises for as long as I can.

Conclusions
I would highly recommend perfoming these facial exersices to anyone
