Skin Care Review: facial exersises

In recent years people are becoming more aware of facial exersises. Heres my experiance of following a course i started 3 months ago. Having been looking into ways to slow/revers signs of skin aging I came accross a book by eva frazer called Facial Exersiser. The thery behind this exercise is that like muscles in the rest of your body your facial muscles can be toned as well.! I diligently followed the course which takes approx 4-6 weeks to complete. Then you move onto to the Advanced course and stick with this for life. Well the results were mixed. Overall skin firmness has increased but fine lines and rinkles havent changes much. My face feels firmer and younger for sure. People have comented on the fact look younger/fresher faced. low points. Down time about 20 minuites a day is needed. No clinical reasurch that i know of to say its safe. This is something i think people should be aware of. Some facial exersise books make great claims but Eva Frasers methods feel and seem more sensble and less stessfull on your muscles than other programs. Maybe some articles on facial exersises could be included on this site.
