I have recently started a facial program to consist of creams, facial massage, and the Facial Flex (facial exerciser). I am noticing a difference, especially around my mouth, jaw line, and neck. My jaw line is firming, and the hated "jowls" of age are disappearing. My mentor told me that in order to improve your skin you need to combine just what you put on it with exercise to firm and tone and massage to stimulate collagen and tissue regrowth in the dermis layer. The exerciser is a mouthpiece that fits between your lips, and you open and close your mouth to resistance, and build up the number of rotations as you strengthen your facial muscles.

Conclusions
I am starting to look better and feel better.
